- Poultry at scale — 10,000-capacity layer pens, 8,000-bird broiler section, and 10,000-capacity brooding, supported by a 10-ton daily feed mill.
- Livestock — purpose-built shelter for 500 goats and 100 cows.
- Crops & greenhouses — 10-acre plantation, pineapple and vegetable farms, tubers, cash crops from avocado to cocoa, and greenhouse peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and sweet corn.
- Processing — 10-ton daily garri and starch production, plus palm oil milling.
